Women Rock Wings presents the Fly High Aviation Careerathon, our first annual career expo on August 4-5th, 2023 from 11am-6pm! Our goal is to highlight and connect an array of aviation companies and aerospace employers to eager, prospective employees!

Day 1 – Dover Airforce Base, DE

Day 1 of the event is curated especially for our military members and their families. Employers will have direct access to over 7,000 active duty members, reservists, spouses and children on Dover Airforce Base. Transitioning military members and veterans will discover, apply and interview for unique career opportunities!

Day 2 – Delaware State University

Day 2 of the event is geared towards non-military members. Employers and career seekers alike have the opportunity to create prospective partnerships  by actively engaging with one another. Come explore the world of aviation and aerospace and all that it has to offer! Find what fits you and interview on the spot!
